General

For all that concerns the commercial relations between the company Casques-Headphones.com and its customer, the general conditions defined according to the version prevail at Casques-Headphones.com each time ratified. Deviations from the rule or the general conditions of sale defi
ned by the customer have no legitimacy.

The presentation of products online is only an overview of non-contractual headphones-headphones.com services and products. By clicking on the "order" button, the customer undertakes to order the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of the order is made immediately after dispatch. The order can also be accepted by sending a separate confirmation by email Casques-Headphones.com. The order data as well as the history of orders placed subsequently, can be viewed by the customer after connection to their customer account.

Casques-Headphones.com reserves the right not to deliver the ordered product if it turns out, after taking the order, that the goods are not available. In such a case, the customer is immediately notified and will be reimbursed or wait for the receipt of his article, according to his preferences.

Delivery

All products sent by Headphones Headsets are insured up to the public price.

In the event of loss of the package, Casques Headphones undertakes to return a product identical to that ordered as soon as possible and subject to availability of the said product.

In the event that the product is delivered with damage, the declaration procedure below must be followed.

However, the buyer will not have to worry since the insurance of the carrier will then be sought for possible compensation.

The condition is however that the procedure below is well respected:

The receipt of the goods by the customer or his representative must be immediately subject to examination. Damage observed during transport must be reported immediately in writing. The same damage due to transport and noted by the customer upon acceptance of the goods must be the subject of a written report on the part of the carrier and the customer.

Delivery arrives at the address indicated by the customer.

The indications concerning the delivery times do not constitute, in any case, a commitment. Casques-Headphones.com undertakes, however, to ship the items ordered within 24 hours of the order (excluding holidays and weekends).

Right to retract

The customer has the possibility of returning the purchased articles if they are not suitable, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt, only and only if, they do not show any trace of use or wear.

The return costs are the responsibility of the sender, and can in no case be claimed from Casques-Headphones.com

If the customer is totally or partially unable to return the goods received or if he can only return them in a damaged state, he must reimburse the replacement value.

In addition, by using the goods with care, and doing nothing that could damage them, the customer can avoid having to pay back the value. Goods that can be shipped by parcel must be returned. The customer is required to bear the costs of return shipping if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered.

He will also be required to reimburse Casques-Headphones for the shipping costs relating to the initial shipment to his home.

The ordered product will be refunded in full (postage to his home deducted) if the customer has not opened the package.

In the case of opening the packaging, re-sale costs in the "Demonstration", "Occasions" or "Good deals" category will be deducted for an amount of 15% of the initial price.

In the event that the product received does not correspond to the product ordered, the return costs will be reimbursed to the customer by Casques-Headphones.com, by PayPal transfer or in the form of a discount on a future purchase.

In the case of a distance selling contract, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tailor-made articles or other supplies of goods clearly personalized or made up to the consumer's specifications, such as, for example, modulation cables and helmets made to order, headsets re-wired at the customer's request, special wooden earphones, items bought on promotion or with a discount due to "demonstration" use and the amplifier / headphone "pack"

Guarantees and damage compensation requirements

Defects or damage due to improper or incorrect handling or improper assembly, such as, for example:

The use of inappropriate accessories or the modification made to the original parts, or the assembly of cable not executed in the rules of art are not subject to warranty.

Natural wear cannot be guaranteed either.

If a customer accepts the goods or the object of the order despite the knowledge that he has a defect, the latter may claim warranty requirements within the framework described elsewhere below, if this- he reserves the right to do so expressly and in writing after immediate receipt of the goods.

The warranty requirements for everything related to transport-related damage fall under the customer's right if he complies with his duty of investigation and compulsory declaration.

The warranty time for new items is one year. This time is brought to 3 months for used items.

The warranty aligns, in this, with the legal provisions.

Casques-Headphones.com provides these guarantees according to the following provisions:

The company Casques-Headphones.com assumes a warranty for all faults occurring during the warranty period, provided that these same faults can actually be attributed to a material or manufacturing defect.

The following are excluded from the warranty :

Products subject to wear due to use or any other type of natural wear such as:

Defects in the products which are attributable to the non-observance of the recommendations for use, to use not in accordance with the indications, to abnormal environmental conditions, to unsuitable operating conditions or lack of maintenance or care.

Product defects caused by the use of accessories, added or spare parts which are not original parts;

Products, on which modifications or additions have been made;

The repair of a defect recognized and in accordance with the guarantee defined by the company Casques-Headphones.com takes place insofar as we repair the damaged product according to our choice, free of charge or by replacing it with another product without defect (if applicable, by the following model).

The warranty requirement must be exercised during the warranty period. For this purpose, the product concerned must be returned with the original invoice and the request in writing with AR to the following address:

Other requirements than those of the right designated in these warranty conditions for the repair of defects affecting the product are not admissible within the specific framework of this warranty.

The provision of warranty services may not allow for the product concerned, an extension of the warranty period nor a renewal.

Payment terms and conditions

Invoices from Casques-Headphones.com are to be paid immediately.

The company Casques-Heaphones.com reserves the right to refuse checks or other means of payment. The sending is carried out only against payment.

Retention of title

Until full payment of the orders, the delivered goods remain the property of the company Casques-Headphones.com.

The latter reserves the right of ownership until full payment of the purchase price.

The customer is not entitled until full payment of the purchase price to transfer the goods to a third party.

Place of performance and competent jurisdiction


Any dispute is exclusively subject to French law.

The place of performance for all services relating to the commercial relations existing with the company Casques-Headphones.com is NIMES.

Complaints against the company Casques-Headphones.com fall exclusively under the competent jurisdiction of NIMES. This also applies in the case of complaints made by the company Casques-Headphones.com against a client, if the client is a merchant, a legal person governed by public law or assets separate from public law.

Final provision

If some of these provisions and for any reason could not be enforced, the efficiency of the remaining provisions would however remain unchanged
